The National Merit Scholarship Competition



White Plains High School Seniors Daniel R. DeGenaro, Eli S. Lichtblau, Kristina Z. Radulovic and Aaron J. Weiner were named Commended Students in the 2018-19 National Merit Scholarship Competition. They placed in the top five percent of students who entered the competition.

Isabela M. Kent and Samuel D. Brown were honored in the National Hispanic Recognition Program.

The National Merit Scholarship Corporation, a not-for-profit organization, was established in 1955 specifically to conduct the annual National Merit Program, to honor the nation’s scholastic champions and encourage the pursuit of academic excellence.
