    MISSION STATEMENT: The Foundation for the Advancement of International Studies supports the mission of the White Plains Public Schools by helping students to become engaged members of the global community. F.A.I.S. works to support and expand a variety of international programs that enhance global understanding, develop communication skills, and lead to proficiency in world languages.
