    If you have time right now – you can access a live tech over the internet to help you troubleshoot your problem. 


    1. Open http://service.lhric.org
    2. Click Report an Issue
    3. Fill out the form 
    4. After submitting the form, click the “Live Support” button on the right.
    5. After clicking on “Live Support” you will be connected to a virtual tech.
