Announcements for Thursday, March 23 C-Day

 

 

1. Lunch Today -- meatloaf with gravy

 

2. In celebration of Earth Week, White Plains is having a city wide shoe drive from March 20 - April 3. Please bring in a pair of shoes that you don't use that could benefit someone with none. It is for a great cause - Sole 4 Souls! Donation box will be outside Main Office.

 

3. The “Eastview on Broadway” show will take place on Thursday, April 6th at 7:00 pm. Tickets will be on sale during the lunch periods beginning on Monday, April 3rd through Thursday, April 6th. All tickets are $5.00. Please remember that you must attend the show with an adult. Students will not be allowed in without the presence of an adult/guardian.

 

4. Tuesdays and Thursdays are now silent days in our Library. These are days for you to silently study, read, do homework, and work on assignments.

 

5. Newspaper meeting on Friday, March 31st from 2:35-4:05 in room 325. Please see Mrs. Anastacio if you can not make the meeting.

 

6. S.O. meeting on Friday, March 24th from 2:35-4:05 in room 325. Please see Mrs. Anastacio if you cannot make the meeting.

 

7. Please see Mrs. Neglia if you want to go to the Library for recess, but are turned away because they run out of passes.

2. Digital Media Club will begin this week. There is a mandatory interest meeting today in room 205 with Ms. Castro if you would like to take part in this club.

3. Sra. Plant, SO and the Community Service Club are asking for students to donate schools supplies, jump ropes and deflated sports balls. Help the children in El Centro del Niño y de La Niña in Habana, Cuba have a better education. The donation box will be outside the main office or go to Sra. Plant's classroom to drop off materials. LAST CHANCE TO DONATE TO CUBAN STUDENTS is TODAY

4. A reminder to all Eastview on Broadway performers- you have a very important rehearsal tomorrow in the Eastview auditorium from 1-3 pm. All Eastview on Broadway performers must attend.
