The "COVID-19 Information" tab contains health services information related health screenings, exposure guidance and symptoms to be aware of.The Health Services Department's is focused on mitigating contagious diseases. During the 2021-22 school year, community mitigation will be essential, as it aims to slow the spread of disease. Vaccines, COVID testing and community mitigation methods are our first line of defense against highly transmissible infectious diseases. Evidence has proven that prevention of illness is one of the most important aspects of high-level wellness. We encourage our school community to take part in preventable actions that will help slow the spread of respiratory illness. These actions should always be practiced by everyone, especially during a pandemic. These measures include:
- Staying home when sick;
- Wearing a mask in public;
- Washing hands frequently;
- Covering coughs and sneezes; and
- Regularly cleaning high touch surfaces.
