The world looks so different after learning science.
For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in the flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the sun which was bound in to convert the air into tree. And the ash is the small remnant of the part which did not come from air, that came from the solid earth, instead.
These are beautiful things, and the content of science is wonderfully full of them. They are very inspiring, and they can be used to inspire others.
Richard FeynmanSUMMER ASSIGNMENTS 2021!Selected Honors and AP Courses in the Science and Engineering department have assignments that must be completed in the summer before class begins. Please use the links below to access instructions and materials for these assignments. For the summer of 2021, the only courses that have summer assignments are AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Environmental Science and Anatomy & Physiology. These assignments will be posted on the WPHS summer assignment page soon, and a link will be added from this page at that time.Until then, you can access the assignments using the links below:Anatomy & Physiology (3 documents - summer assignment calendar; Chapter 3 textbook; Chapter 3 study guide)AP Biology (4 documents - intro letter; Chapters 1-2; Chapters 3-4; Chapters 3-4 activities)AP Chemistry (1 document)AP Environmental Science (1 document)AP Physics C (1 document)Curriculum Nights 2020-2021 took place in January, February and March of this year..
