Phys. Ed./Head Coach (Varsity Soccer and Varsity Baseball)

Welcome to my website! I've been teaching Physical Education and coaching Varsity Boys Soccer and Varsity Baseball at White Plains HS for 14 years.  I enjoy working with students and players, and make it a goal of mine to help further their development and prepare them for life beyond White Plains High School.

After graduating from Mamaroneck HS in 1989, I attended Iona College on a baseball scholarship, where I played for 3 years. I was fortunate enough to be drafted in the 9th round by the Oakland Athletics in the 1992 amateur draft after my junior year. Upon my release in 1995, after 3 years of professional baseball in the minor leagues, I went back to Iona College to finish my undergraduate degree in Broadcasting. After a brief internship with TV Guide, I realized that office work was not what I wanted to do, and I enrolled in a masters program in Physical Education at Adelphi University and graduated in 1998. I was hired in the summer of 98' here at White Plains HS, and am honored to have had the opportunity to serve the community over the last 14 years.
I am the proud husband to my beautiful wife Jennifer, and an even prouder father to my precious daughters Alexa and Ava who attend George Washington Elementary School. We currently reside in White Plains, and love what this diverse city has to offer.
