ParentSquare

We are changing our district communications tool from K12Alerts to ParentSquareParentSquare will help us deliver more timely and concise communications for you and your children.

With ParentSquare, you can choose how you’d like to receive communications, when you want to receive them, and in your own language.  ParentSquare can deliver communications via text message, email, app, and voice call. 

The ParentSquare app is not necessary, but it can make communication easier and more efficient.  To download and install the app, you can scan this QR code, then type in the name of the school your child is attending:

To ensure you receive all communications, we encourage you to provide your current contact information, including your email address and mobile phone number.  You can update your information through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal like this:

1.      In Parent Portal, click or tap on the User menu in the upper right, then click or tap on “Settings”:

2.      Click or tap on “Contact Preferences”

3.      Update your information as desired, including phone numbers, email addresses, and preferred language, then click or tap on “Save.”

After your information is updated in Infinite Campus, it will sync to ParentSquare within one day.

Note: In the 2025-2026 school year, ParentSquare is initially intended to replace K12Alerts, which is used for communications that are sent to a wide audience.  During this year, you may also receive communications from teachers and other staff using other communications tools like Remind, ClassDojo, Smore, etc, in addition to direct emails and phone calls.
