Help Desk Support Options (staff only): - use your full district email address and network password to log into the helpdesk

Remote Support (break/fix only):  - If you have time right now – you can access a live tech over the internet to help you troubleshoot your problem

  1. Open http://service.lhric.org
  2. Click "Report an Issue"
  3. Fill out the form 
  4. After submitting the form, click the “Live Support” button on the right.
  5. After clicking on “Live Support” you will be connected to a virtual tech.
