NYS Textbook Loan Program for Private & Parochial Schools
The White Plains City School District uses a textbook service managed by Erie 1 BOCES/Western NY Regional Information Center. All Private and Parochial Schools must utilize the on-line ordering system with ERIE BOCES.
We have sent out the online web Textbook Enrollment Form with instructions to all non-participating schools. The school is required to enroll in the program to process all orders. The books will be secured, either new or used, from inventory and then shipped directly to the school. Summer or discretionary reading materials are not included. We will be accepting book orders for the 2023-2024 school year as of June 1, 2023. All orders must be received and processed online. Orders placed after July 31, 2023, might run the risk of not being received prior to the start of school in September. Please process your orders as soon as possible.
For the families attending schools that have not participated in this program in the past, please contact your respective school to obtain any forms needed to enroll in the program. The parent is responsible for submitting the required forms to their child’s school.

If your school is not on the list on the left, please fill out this Textbook Web Application form. Please complete, sign, and return the form to ERIE BOCES. They will contact you to set up a time to walk you through the application process. Once you are set up online, you will be able to process your textbook orders. Any questions regarding the online set up, please contact ERIE BOCES.
