Household Benefit Income Eligibility Form

For the 2024-2025 school year, all children in the White Plains City School District will receive breakfast and lunch meals at no charge regardless of household income or completion of the Household Benefit Income Eligibility form. However, families are encouraged to complete the Household Benefit Income Eligibility Form.  This form is used to determine eligibility for additional State and Federal program benefits that your child(ren) may qualify for such as college preparation programs, free instruments rental, AP test fee waiver, etc. Please click the link below to complete the Household Benefit Income Eligibility Form, online by visiting MySchoolApps.com.
