2026-27 Universal Prekindergarten Timeline
The White Plains City School District will be collaborating with the following local early childhood agencies to provide a free, Universal PreKindergarten Program to four-year olds who reside in the City of White Plains. Transportation will NOT be provided.

Prekindergarten assignments will be made. |

Parents will be notified by USPS whether their child has been placed in the 2026-27 UPK program and to which agency he/she has been assigned. |

May - June |
Early childhood agencies will contact parents whose children will be attending their program to make an appointment for them to come into the agency and complete their child’s registration. |
