Tuition Waiver Form
In accordance with Board Policy #5152, White Plains City School District staff members may apply to the Assistant Superintendent for Pupil Services for a waiver of non-resident tuition fees for the staff member’s child(ren) by June 1st for the following school year.
The form should be returned to the Coordinator of Family Information Center for further processing. If you have any questions, please contact Family Information Center.
