Math Enrichment

Math Enrichment (Gr. 3-5)

The math enrichment program focuses on deepening students’ understanding of number sense, place value, fractions, and rational numbers. Aligned with the NYS Next Generation Mathematics Learning Standards and the district curriculum, the program allows students to experience mathematics through project-based learning and hands-on activities that engage children with the numbers that surround them in their day-to-day lives.   Each year, the math enrichment curriculum challenges students to think critically and reflect on their new learning.
