WPHS senior Eliana Lieber receives National Honor Society scholarship

The National Honor Society announced recipients of the NHS Scholarship program this week, and White Plains High School senior Eliana Lieber received $3,200 as a National Semifinalist! The prestigious scholarship is being awarded to only 600 students nationally this year. Congratulations Eliana! #WPProud🐯

“Their dedication to scholarship, service, leadership, and character has earned them this prestigious recognition,” the National Honor Society wrote in its scholarship announcement.

Eliana, who was named a National Merit Scholarship Program Semifinalist earlier in the school year, also submitted a research paper into Regeneron Science Talent Search.
