Post Road students circle the field during Miles and Smiles run

Post Road students zoomed around the field this morning for the Miles and Smiles run, a PTA fundraiser at the school. The run also promoted healthy habits to the students as they got to exercise for a good cause. The event raised money to help Post Road’s PTA continue their support of Post Road students. Parents even came out to cheer their children on! At the end of the run, students received medals and refreshed with snacks before heading back to class. Students who are on the Girls on the Run team also supported the event by running with their classmates and providing encouragement to the other runners.
