The White Plains community is invited to a Free Book Celebration on May 16 at Eastview Middle School.
Hosted by the White Plains PTA, the rain-or-shine event will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and promises something for everyone, including fledgling readers to lifelong book lovers.
Attendees can grab as many free books as they can carry, making it a true “book bonanza.” Alongside the literary giveaways, the celebration will feature live music, ice cream and snacks, creating a festive, family-friendly atmosphere.
Organizers encourage guests to bring a bag — and come ready to browse, discover new favorites and take home a stack of stories.
