• 7th Grade Fitness

     Students in 7th Grade will learn about cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscluar strength, agility and flexibility.
     
    Students will learn these fitness of components by participating in physical activities that use the above components of fitness like:
     
    Cardiovascular Fitness will be explored by participating in soccer, football and ultimate frisbee activities.
     
    Muscular Endurance/Muscular Strength will be explored by participating in basketball, volleyball activities.
     
    Agility will be explored by participating in badminton, boxball and ultimate type activities.
     
    Flexibility will be explored by participating in track and field type activities while all of the above components will be reviewed.
