    Kindergarten registration will not be accepted online until Monday, January 11, 2021.

    The Kindergarten registration period ends on Friday, February 26, 2021. 

    Kindergarten Registrations are NOT first come, first serve. 

    All other registrants, will USE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM

    We are happy to answer any questions you have regarding registration. Currently, all registrations are being completed remotely using the links and forms below.     STEPS TO REGISTER A STUDENT ONLINE

    1. Check registration requirements and be prepared! Have all documents available. Click here for Registration Requirements.

    • Scan each document or take a picture with your phone or device.
    • Prepare to upload these documents to our Online Registration System.
    • If you cannot scan or photograph your documents, please make copies and prepare to drop in our drop box or mail them. We will accept only copies of documentsPlease do not send original documents in the mail.

     

    2. Download and read the Online Registration Manual for step by step instructions for completing online registration. Click here: Online Registration (OLR) Instruction Manual .

    3. Download the appropriate REGISTRATION PACKET.  This is best done on a desktop computer, laptop, or IPad. Please use GOOGLE Chrome as your browser. You will also need the Adobe Acrobat Reader app.  Click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    4.  Complete and save the REGISTRATION PACKET.

    If you are using a PC Desktop, a Mac Computer, or a Tablet follow the instructions below:

    • Download the Adobe Acrobat Reader here: Download Adobe Acrobat Reader
    • Click to open the registration packet in Google Chrome.
    • Click on ‘File’ then ‘Save As’ to save the packet.
    • Please add the child’s name to the document name. (Click to see a video example here.)
    • Open the Acrobat Reader application.
    • Click on ‘File’ then ‘Open Recent File’ to open the saved registration packet.
    • Fill in the necessary information on the registration packet and click ‘Save’.
    • Prepare to upload the completed registration packet and all other documents to our ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM.

    NOTE: If you have difficulty saving this document, please print the REGISTRATION PACKET and fill it out by hand.  You may submit via fax, drop box, or mail.  You may still submit other documents online.  Instructions are below.  

    5.  Log in to our Online Registration website at https://ic.wpcsd.k12.ny.us/campus/OLRLoginKiosk/wp .

    • Complete all the information and prepare to submit your REGISTRATION PACKET and required documents. 

     **Due to the extended school closure because of COVID-19, we will not collect any documents in person.

    TO SUBMIT REGISTRATION PACKET AND DOCUMENTS, PLEASE SELECT ONE OF THESE METHODS:

     

    Upload the saved REGISTRATION PACKET and SCANNED DOCUMENTS.  Then click 'SUBMIT'. 

     

    • SAVE AND SUBMIT VIA EMAIL 

    Please save the document with the child's name. (Click to see a video example here.)

    If you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader, click 'Save' on the last page of the REGISTRATION PACKET.

    You may also go to the top left menu of your Google Chrome browser and click 'File' then 'Save/Save As'.

    All other documents (birth certificate, immunization records, etc.) should be scanned or photgraphed and saved.

    Open your email and create a new message.

    Attach the saved REGISTRATION PACKET and documents and email to familyinformationcenter@wpcsd.k12.ny.us.

    Be sure to include the STUDENT'S NAME in the Subject line! 

     

    • PRINT AND FAX

    Please save the document with the child's name. (Click to see a video example here.)

    If you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader, click 'Print' on the last page of the REGISTRATION PACKET.

    You may also go to the top left menu of your Google Chrome browser and click 'File' then 'Print'.

    Other documents (birth certificate, immunization records, etc.) should be scanned or photographed and printed as well.

    • PRINT AND DROP OFF IN PERSON TO OUR DROP BOX

    Place only copies of documents in AN ENVELOPE WITH THE STUDENT'S NAME! 

    To drop off documents in person, please use the blue dropbox outside of the Family Information Center (under the sign for the Staff Development Center) on the North Street side of the building.

    Make sure you mail only copies of documents to Family Information Center, 500 North Street, White Plains, NY 10605.

    Please do not send original documents in the mail.

    Please note that Kindergarten registrations are not considered complete until all required documentation has been received including the CHOICE FORM.  The deadline for submitting all documents and the CHOICE FORM is February 26, 2021.
