Student Work Permits
If you are a student currently enrolled in White Plains High School and are between the ages of 14-17 years old, please complete the Work Permit Application below which consists of two forms. Submit both completed forms to Family Information Center -- Ms. Angela Santiago at angelasantiago@wpcsd.k12.ny.us
