How do I access my email?

    Accessing your email while in district:

     

    Username: full district email address
    Password: same as for the school computer network 


    How to access your email out of district or at home:

    Username: full district email address 
    Password: same as for the school computer network

    OR


    How to setup the Outlook app for email on your phone or tablet/iPad:

    Office 365 Mobile Device


    1) Download the free Microsoft Outlook app:

    2) After app installs, when prompted click Add an Account, then enter your district email address, then select Office 365, then enter your password.

     Username: full district email address 
     Password: same as for the school computer network

    3) When the app is setup per above –click here to see how to disable the “Focused Inbox”  and “Organize Mail by Thread” options, as these options are not recommended and makes reading email confusing. 


     
     
    If you need to remove the old district email settings from your iPad/iPhone
    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Scroll down and tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
    3. Select the account you wish to delete.
    4. Tap "Delete Account". This is located at the bottom of the account's page.
    5. Tap "Delete from My iPhone" to confirm

    If you need to remove the old district email settings from your Android 
    1. Go to Applications > Email. ...
    2. On the Email screen, bring up the settings menu and tap Accounts. ...
    3. Press and hold the Exchange Account you want to delete until the Menu window opens.
    4. On the Menu window, click Remove Account. ...
    5. On the Remove Account warning window, tap OK or Remove Account to finish
