• Yoga/Pilates Plus
     
    Yoga/Pilates Plus is an elective course available to juniors and seniors.  During the course of the year the students will be exposed to a variety of fitness activities introduced in Fitness 1, as well as, several new programs.  The course spends a great deal of time on  yoga and Pilates.  The students spend time practicing poses, exercises and routines.  Additionally they are required to create exercise routines and present them to the class.  All the fitness activities implemented in Yoga/Pilates Plus are listed below.
