White Plains High School Seniors, Dawn Giuliano, Thomas Meininger & Charlie Torres, were honored with the President’s Volunteer Service Awards for their exemplary volunteer service. Two juniors at the High School were also honored in the program. Nicholas Chiappari was given a Certificate of Excellence & Elizabeth Aguilar was honored as a Program Participant.
Seven WPHS seniors won awards at the Westchester Science & Engineering Fair (WESEF). Almost 400 high school students competed at this year’s fair, representing schools from Westchester & Putnam counties. In total, WPHS took home 11 awards! Click below for details.
Science Research Students Win at JSHS Competition!
We're proud to announce that five of our Science Research Seniors won awards at the Westchester-Rockland Junior Science & Humanities Symposium (JSHS) held at John Jay High School. This year there were over 600 participants from over 30 local High Schools. Click below for details.
WPHS Choir members David Axelrod, Daniela Poppe, Max Golden and Maddy Gartenberg recently took part in the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) Eastern Division Conference in Baltimore. The students were selected by audition to participate in the honor choirs made up of students from the Eastern Seaboard.
