NOT IN WHITE PLAINS DURING VOTING HOURS? APPLY FOR AN ABSENTEE BALLOT:

Completing an absentee ballot requires 2-steps:
a) submit an application for absentee ballot by May 8 if you want ballot mailed to your home or by May 14 if you are picking it up. b) return the absentee ballot before May 15th or someone can return it for you by 5 pm on the day of the election to a polling site.  Here is the link to the absentee ballot application from the White Plains Public Schools website:
